The location is convenient to nearby attractions and restaurants, which is a plus. The room was not very clean, and I found roaches. Breakfast was basic but available. I needed towels, and there were none in the room. I wouldn't recommend for families since it felt unsafe at times.

Although the Hawthorn Suites had its cleanliness issues, the lock on the door provided a strong sense of security. I appreciated that there were no bugs, and thankfully, the roof did not leak. improvements in housekeeping are urgently needed for a more pleasant experience.

Spacious rooms with an apartment feel were a highlight, perfect for our dog. The front desk staff were friendly and quick to help, even providing a missing remote right away. the stairs were shaky, and a few repairs were clearly needed throughout. Cleanliness was an issue—floors were sticky, and some linens had spots. We encountered a few roaches, which wasn’t ideal. Despite these hiccups, the location was convenient for our game. It might not be perfect, but the comfort and space offered could bring us back for another visit.

The room temperature control was adequate, allowing for a comfortable environment. the sofa needed replacing; its condition made seating uninviting. The first room was unpleasantly smoky and dirty, prompting a request for a change. The second room was an improvement but still had stained linens and towels. The noise level was disruptive at night due to nearby parties, making restful sleep difficult. Staff responsiveness was inconsistent, particularly when addressing missing towels. Overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with various repairs needed throughout. A refreshing experience was hindered by these factors and overlooked details.

I had a fantastic time staying in this area as it provided easy access to a variety of parks and restaurants, including Mei Thai just a short walk away and the beautiful Wannamaker County Park only about 4 km from the hotel, perfect for a leisurely stroll or picnic after a day out in the city; the spacious rooms offered a great place to unwind, and although the stairs could use some safety improvements, the friendly staff made every interaction enjoyable.

The location is super convenient; you're steps away from a mall and awesome places to grab a bite. The receptionist was kind and tried to help with my situation; she really earned her keep today!
That being said, cleanliness was seriously lacking.

My room was a cozy oasis with stunning decor and breathtaking views. The staff made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality. I loved sipping coffee on the balcony while soaking in the peaceful vibes!

The room was spacious enough for three of us. We had access to a small fridge and microwave which was great for snacks.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but the comfort made it acceptable.

I enjoyed splashing in the outdoor pool and pumping iron in the fitness center. Teeing off at nearby golf courses was a blast. The hot breakfast got my day started right.
I felt like I stumbled into a sketchy neighborhood.

Plenty of room in the unit, resembling a cozy apartment. A good layout for both comfort and practicality. Ideal for walking a dog. The staff exhibited helpfulness and pleasantness, although we didn’t receive maid service. the experience was tarnished by cleanliness and safety concerns. Rooms were not properly maintained; Lack of basic amenities added frustration. Management’s response during a hurricane was unprofessional and dismissive. while there’s potential due to space and comfort, significant improvements in cleanliness and customer service are essential. Without that, it’s challenging to recommend. Disappointment lingers.

Great location close to key attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained during my city break.

i had the worst experience at hawthorn. i checked in late, and everything was dirty. there were unsettling activities in the parking lot and the room was filthy. we found a roach in the room and the staff was unhelpful. i had to cancel my stay and it was a nightmare dealing with customer service. do not stay here, it's terrible.

So, we walked into the room and the first thing I noticed was the ironing facilities - not that I planned on ironing anything, but it's nice to have just in case. The heating was working fine, but the air conditioning was a whole different story. It was like a sauna in there, and not in a good way. And don't even get me started on the tea and coffee facilities. Let's just say, I had to make a run to the closest cafe to get my caffeine fix. The sitting area was decent, nothing too fancy but comfortable enough. There was no in-room sink, which was a bit inconvenient, especially when I wanted to quickly wash my hands. The dining table looked like it had seen better days, with scratches and stains all over. Now, onto the bathroom situation. The bathtub was a nightmare. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and there were no free toiletries in sight. I had to use my own stash, which was not ideal. One thing that surprised me was the cookware and kitchen utensils. They were actually in pretty good shape, unlike the rest of the room. I managed to whip up a decent meal despite the less-than-ideal conditions. The am/fm alarm clock was a nice touch, but the flat-screen TV was ancient. The picture quality was so bad, it was like watching through a layer of fog. And the parquet floor? Let's just say a good vacuum and mop would have worked wonders. I did appreciate the fact that there were shops and commercial services nearby. It came in handy when I needed to grab a few essentials. the lack of laundry facilities was a major downside. I had to haul my dirty clothes to the nearest laundromat, which was not fun. my stay at the Hawthorn was a mixed bag. There were some good points, like the cookware and sitting area, but the lack of cleanliness and outdated amenities left a lot to be desired. It's safe to say I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Despite being near a busy road, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The peacefulness of the accommodations was a pleasant surprise. The presence of a full kitchen made our stay even more convenient.

The room was extra big and roomy, with a very comfy bed. They have a full service kitchen, and the breakfast was great, especially the biscuits and gravy.
